What are knowledge base seed items?
Seed items are frequently asked questions and answers (also called "knowledge items") provided by Fuze that are commonly asked by consumers of credit unions, banks and thrifts. We currently have approximately 300 seed items.  We also provide seed items for AAA clubs, and will be adding items for other industries as driven by market demand.
 
Seed items are customized for your organization by going through a proprietary load process to include the terms and related links that are relevant to your organization.
 
These items are used to "seed" your knowledge base with "draft" status items ready for your review and publishing to be viewable by staff and/or external users.  Seed items help you get started quickly with a knowledge base populated with commonly asked questions and answers.  Fuze can also bulk load your own items into the knowledge base during the set up process.
